Excellent Work!
Moved to Ottawa in July and needed two TVs mounted, one in the bedroom and the other above the fireplace. Initially, I was advised from other sources that the TV above the fireplace was not feasible. I was then informed of AV Expert. Thanks to Reasel and his team for making this venture a success. AV Expert was highly reliable, friendly and courteous. Outstanding Job
The team at Av Experts did a great job installing a 47 inch flat screen TV above my living room fireplace. They were professional, knowledgable, fast and thorough. They also were clean and careful with their work, and they left no mess behind. Best of all, they came to my house the day I called to perform the installation, and they honoured the quote they gave me over the phone. Kijiji prices, 5 star service!
Found this company through Kijiji. What a pleasant surprise! Prompt replies to emails, quick appointment, and service beyond expectation. When I explained roughly where I wanted the TV mounted I added ‘it doesn’t have to be perfect’. But Rasel replied ‘we’ll aim for perfect’. And so it was. Perfectly centred on the wall opposite the couch, at an optimal viewing angle. Clean and simple, the TV looks like a piece of art. He added a cable splitter to make sure the connection was good to go. VERY impressed by his professionalism – a bit unheard of to get a confirmation phone call from a Kijiji contact prior to an appointment, but indeed he called ahead to confirm. Price was more than fair. I won’t look elsewhere in the future. Do yourself a favour and book this company for whatever TV installations you require.

Great job!
Great job! I was very happy with the work done in my home. Rasel wallmounted a 55inch tv above my fireplace that looked amazing with no mess left behind and all cables were hidden. Only took Rasel a very short time to set up the tv as well. Very professional service and will recommend to anyone who needs a tv mounted.

It is all about Service
I contacted a local large company to have my two TV’s (46 and 32 inch) wall mounted. When I realized I would have to give up my first born child I opted for other avenues. I surfed the web and came up with this company. I called at 9 PM and was surprised to get a live person answering at such a late hour. From there the experience only got better and better. I was quoted a price that was way better then the large brand name company in town and he was available within 2 days to do the install. The larger brand company was only available in 15 days. He showed up on time, and the work was incredible. It can be best described in only one way, “He treated the installation as if it was his own TV’s”. I did not worry at any time if I had picked a wrong company to do the service. He consulted me on every aspect, was polite and efficient and did the job with outstanding results. The entire experience was awesome and I would highly recommend him for several reasons, price, delivery on time and most of all a dedication to his unique skills. As a side note since he is a pro at installing TV’s he even helped me hang some pictures. Can you beat that. We need to support more local companies like this.
